\It was the part when Chakas and Riser were on a forerunner battle cruiser of some sort, and they needed suites for when they dropped out of FTL and descended into the atmosphere of planets they

visited. So to stop their bodies from being littered with blunt trauma damage, which would kill them both, they were given temporary combat skins by the Didact to prevent any harm to their bodies. 

Although the combat skins elevated them to about the same height as the Didact stood, which is 4 meters tall, they (with some trouble) were still able to walk. Each combat skin had a forerunner anchila installed to it, which is the equivalent of master chief’s A.I Cortana. It would help them learn how to use the combat skins properly and it would tell them both about their long forgotten ancient history.

I guess the forerunner combat skins were way more advanced than MJOLNIR armor and were able to adjust to anybodies body type, regardless of the users size, physique or intelligence.

so we could infarct see some forerunner suits being worn in Halo 4!
